Refund Policy

All Kingdom Threads items are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at loriannguzman@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund — no need to return the item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at loriannguzman@gmail.com.

European Union If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
